Zingy lemon vinaigrette

A simple zingy lemon vinaigrette that's fresh, flavourful and easy to make. Use this homemade dressing drizzled over salads, abundance bowls and veggies or as a marinade for meat and fish.

This salad dressing is citrusy fresh, bursting with flavour, easy to make and tastes better than anything you can buy in the store. Whip up a fresh batch and store it in your fridge for an easy flavour-booster for a variety of meals.

When it comes to making salads, it only makes sense to drizzle a delicious homemade vinaigrette on top for maximum flavour and goodness.

But you’re missing a trick if you think that salad is the only meal this vinaigrette is good for. It’s extremely versatile and also makes a perfect marinade for anything you might want to cook on the grill in summertime – veggies, chicken, fish, you name it!

What’s in zingy lemon vinaigrette?

This zingy lemon vinaigrette contains good quality extra virgin olive oil (use the code charlotte15 for 15% discount off my favourite olive oil), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, crushed garlic, dried oregano, salt and pepper.

Once you’ve placed all the ingredients in a bowl, it’s as easy as whisking it all together.
