In part one, I share my expertly tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan, covering food, supplements, stress, sleep, movement, environment and mindset. Part two helps you put this plan into practice and is brimming with over 90 vibrant, flavour-packed yet simple recipes. embracing everything that's good for fertility.
I take a food first approach, supporting your fertility primarily through a nutrient-rich fertility diet. Good food will provide the right complement of nutrients for your whole system to work in harmony. I will teach you how to make delicious meals from simple ingredients and empower you to make food choices that will enrich your health and support your fertility. I never suggest a miserable or restrictive diet and work collaboratively with you to ensure that dietary changes are realistic, achievable and enjoyable!
Because infertility is multifaceted I don't focus solely on your diet. I will also take other lifestyle factors into account such as how you sleep, move and unwind, your environment and your social connections. Your plan will include a tailored lifestyle programme to promote optimal wellbeing and fertility. This may encompass yoga and meditation, acupuncture, massage, exercise and sleep optimisation. I have a network of trusted practitioners who I refer to if and when appropriate.
