    • A rainbow of non-starchy vegetables: Think leafy greens, bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, mushrooms, and more!
  2. Layer on a Palm-Sized Portion of High-Quality Protein
    • Grass-fed meat
    • Organic free-range poultry or eggs
    • Wild-caught fish
    • Organic legumes (ideally soaked and sprouted)
      Use healthy fats to cook your chosen protein, and add herbs or spices to enhance the flavour.
  3. Add a Side Portion of Cooked Starchy Carbs (2–3 Tbsp or ½ Cup)
