Your personalised nutrition strategy is built on the insights gathered during your Foundations and Fertility pillar consultations. Whether we need to address specific nutrient deficiencies, support egg or sperm quality, improve gut health or balance the vaginal microbiome, your plan is tailored to meet your unique needs. You’ll receive targeted supplement recommendations and a bespoke Fertility Kitchen Food Plan.

Yes. If you’re preparing for donor conception or a frozen embryo transfer, this programme can help you prepare your body and optimise your endometrial environment to support implantation and early pregnancy.
No. While couple-based support is available, you can absolutely do this on your own. If you choose the individual programme, we’ll focus on supporting your health and fertility.
Going through endless medical tests without answers is exhausting. My approach looks at your health from a functional and holistic perspective—filling in the gaps that conventional testing may overlook. I often recommend additional tests such as nutritional markers, thyroid panels, gut, vaginal or seminal microbiome testing and male fertility analysis including DNA fragmentation. These insights help us identify what might be impacting your fertility and guide your personalised plan.
