I’m also currently studying for a Masters in Nutritional Medicine at the University of Surrey—because I believe in continually deepening my knowledge to better support my clients.

The aim of the Fertility pillar is to identify any imbalances that may be affecting your chances of conception and to empower you with a clear understanding of why. Because when you understand the root cause, change becomes more meaningful and motivating.

FERTILITY

Your personalised nutrition strategy is built on the insights gathered during your Foundations and Fertility pillar consultations. Whether we need to address specific nutrient deficiencies, support egg or sperm quality, improve gut health or balance the vaginal microbiome, your plan is tailored to meet your unique needs. You’ll receive targeted supplement recommendations and a bespoke Fertility Kitchen Food Plan.

From stress and sleep to movement, mindset and toxin exposure, the aim of the Life pillar is to explore the lifestyle factors that may be making it harder for you to conceive—and to identify the areas having the greatest impact on your health. Your journey begins with a 90-minute deep-dive consultation where we explore your health, diet and lifestyle in detail. This comprehensive session lays the foundation for your personalised plan and includes a thorough case review, nutritional assessment and functional test recommendations to uncover what may be holding you back from conceiving.
Across three 60-minute consultations, we’ll work through The Fertility Kitchen pillars—Fertility, Food and Life—building your tailored plan step by step. In the Fertility consultation, I interpret and deliver your test results to uncover root causes and support your understanding of what may be affecting your ability to conceive. The Food consultation delivers your bespoke Fertility Kitchen Food Plan, including targeted nutritional guidamce, supplement protocol and recipes. The final Life consultation addresses lifestyle factors that may be impacting your reproductive health, with strategies to optimise sleep, reduce stress, support movement and mindset and limit toxin exposure.

How long should we prepare before trying to conceive?

Ideally, give yourself 3–6 months to prepare — this allows time to positively influence egg and sperm quality, influence your cycle and optimise overall health. But even if you’re already trying, there’s still so much we can do to support your fertility now.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have to make challenging changes to my diet?

Sometimes, yes—especially if test results or symptoms point to specific food triggers, or if your current diet is high in things like sugar, alcohol or processed foods. But this is a supportive, personalised process. You’ll receive practical guidance, recipes and encouragement to make changes feel manageable—even enjoyable.

How do I get support between sessions?

You’ll have access to a private client portal where you can ask questions, share updates and receive feedback between consultations. This keeps everything organised and ensures you always feel supported—without the overwhelm of back-and-forth emails or messaging apps.

I’ve been referred for IVF—can you help me prepare?

Absolutely. Whether you’re preparing for your first round of IVF or you’ve been through it before, nutrition and lifestyle changes can support every stage of treatment. We’ll work together to create a plan tailored to your timeline, clinic protocols and nutritional needs.

My partner has been diagnosed with male infertility—can you help?

Yes. Male fertility is just as important and I support couples by addressing both egg and sperm health. Through testing, lifestyle strategies and targeted nutrition, we’ll create a plan to support your partner’s reproductive health alongside yours.

I’m using an egg donor—can I still work with you?

Yes. If you’re preparing for donor conception or a frozen embryo transfer, this programme can help you prepare your body and optimise your endometrial environment to support implantation and early pregnancy.

Does my partner have to take part?

No. While couple-based support is available, you can absolutely do this on your own. If you choose the individual programme, we’ll focus on supporting your health and fertility.

We’ve had so many medical tests. What else can you do?

Going through endless medical tests without answers is exhausting. My approach looks at your health from a functional and holistic perspective—filling in the gaps that conventional testing may overlook. I often recommend additional tests such as nutritional markers, thyroid panels, gut, vaginal or seminal microbiome testing and male fertility analysis including DNA fragmentation. These insights help us identify what might be impacting your fertility and guide your personalised plan.
