Using food and nutrition to take ownership of your fertility doesn’t mean rigidly sticking to a punishing regime or turning your whole diet upside down in one go: that's no fun for anyone. It's about consistently eating real, whole foods and using nutrient-rich ingredients. The Recipe Hub isn't restrictive and includes nutritionally-upgraded sweet recipes as well as breakfast, lunch, dinners, salads, dips, dressings, sides and drinks recipes.

A membership for fertility and pregnancy recipes and meal planning for anyone trying to conceive or pregnant. Helping you elevate your diet everyday with deliciously simple nutrient-rich recipes, meal plans, nutrition resources and supportive community.
Instant access to a growing library of over 180 recipes suitable for fertility, pregnancy and beyond. A mix of make-ahead recipes and quick-assembly meals. Each recipe includes notes on ingredients and cooking. You'll find breakfast, lunch, salad, dips & dressings, soup, dinner, sides, sweet and drinks recipes in the Hub. Most recipes take around 30 minutes to make (including prep time) and require basic equipment. I love introducing you to new ingredients, flavour profiles and cuisines but aim to create recipes using affordable, easy-to-source ingredients. Two new recipes are added to the Hub every week.
The Recipe Hub includes nutrition resources to help you plan nutritionally-balanced, fertility-boosting meals that include the foods you love and want to eat. You can save recipes to your favourites and there's a downloadable, editable weekly meal plan template to help simplify meal planning, There are also done-for-you meal plans for inspiration and extra guidance.
Once you become pregnant, The Pregnancy Kitchen® will help you maintain optimal nutrition throughout your pregnancy and beyond. It covers nutrition advice and recipes to support common pregnancy complaints such as nausea, constipation, heartburn, gestational diabetes and restless legs. All recipes in the Hub are suitable for pregnancy. There is a pregnancy Circle within the Insiders Community where you can continue to share your journey.
The Hub includes resources to help you elevate your fertility diet everyday, including the tools I use with my one-to-one clients, such as The Fertility Kitchen® plate, eat a rainbow tracker and protein record chart. Plus regular challenges in the Insiders Community will help you implement and stick to dietary changes like reducing sugar, increasing protein and eating more vegetables.
The Fertility Kitchen® Insiders Community is a safe space - completely private away from social media so you don't have to worry about anyone seeing you're in the group. Health empowerment
My dream for The Fertility Kitchen® was to empower people to take ownership of their fertility through nutrition and lifestyle medicine. When I was navigating infertility I felt powerless and completely out of control and I realised that although I couldn't control whether or not we conceived, I did have ownership over how I cared for and nourished my body; I could prioritise myself and my health.
My philosophy isn't about controlling food in a negative or restrictive way, it's about health empowerment, abundance and encouraging positive action on a journey that can be incredibly difficult.

No, you can cancel anytime. If you choose the annual plan and decide to cancel, your plan remains valid until the end of the current year that you've already paid for. For the monthly plan, your subscription remains valid until your usual renewal/payment date.
