Optimise your IVF for success
LET ME IN!
Infertility and IVF can make you feel powerless. You can feel like you have no choice but to hand over all responsibility for your treatment cycle to your IVF clinic. But it doesn't have to be that way.
You can reclaim some of that power by changing the way you nourish your body. You can use positive nutrition, supplements and lifestyle strategies to prioritise your complete wellbeing before and during treatment in preparation for healthy pregnancy. You can regain a sense of control and Optimise IVF.

BUT YOU'RE OVERWHELMED BY THE sea OF INFORMATION OUT THERE
I've done the hard work for you. When I was going through IVF I spent hours reading and researching how best to support myself and then I transformed that information into delicious recipes and positive lifestyle habits to support every stage of IVF. Of course I wanted a baby at the end of it, but I also wanted to feel my best during treatment. My investment paid off and I had a positive experience with no side effects from the medication and I maintained a sense of wellbeing throughout.
I KNEW it WAS because of the PReparation and POSITIVE CHANGES I had MADE.
A self-paced course to help you feel completely prepared and supported in the lead-up to and during your IVF treatment. Optimise IVF offers step-by-step guidance so that you're clear on how best to nourish your body through each stage of your cycle, with meal plans, recipes and supportive resources.
introducing...
This covers how to get the most out of the course. There's a video on supplements and why they're important and I share my IVF supplement recommendations, including what form and dose to look for and recommended brands. You'll also get discounts on practitioner grade supplements.
You'll learn how to build strong foundations in preparation for IVF, and why blood-sugar balance is key to optimal health, fertility and feeling great during treatment. I'll guide you so you're clear on how to put together healthy, balanced meals, what to include in your IVF diet and what to avoid. Resources include The Fertility Kitchen plate, Eat a rainbow tracker, recipe booklet and meal plan. This module also includes videos on optimising both egg and sperm quality in preparation for IVF and supportive supplements for both.
This module prepares you to start IVF. It focuses on optimising liver and gallbladder function to support your body's natural detoxification processes. You'll learn why this is super important during IVF to help avoid side-effects from medication. A done-for-you meal plan will be available in your course portal along with self-care suggestions and supportive resources.
My approach recognises that the foundation for optimal health and fertility is lifestyle: self-care isn't a luxury it's a necessity, especially during IVF. In this module, you'll learn how to optimise your lifestyle to support your fertility treatment. I cover stress, sleep, exercise, toxins in the environment and mindset.
LET'S BREAK it DOWN
You'll learn what your body needs at this stage of IVF and how best to nourish yourself to support egg cell development, a healthy womb lining and how to beat the bloat after egg collection. I share the formula for the protein smoothie recipe that I created and drank throughout my own IVF cycle. Even if you're going through a frozen embryo transfer (FET), you'll still find this module useful for building a healthy womb lining. The lifestyle focus during this phase is sleep and stress-reduction.
No doubt the hardest part of the IVF journey. I got you. During this session I focus on nourishing foods and you'll learn which foods are helpful for supporting stress. The key focus of this module is stress-reduction and mindset and I share strategies to help you stay sane and get you through the two-week wait.
This module covers how best to nourish yourself in preparation for transfer and implantation and I bust some popular myths, including pineapple, McDonald's fries and pomegranate juice! You'll be clear on which foods to include to promote circulation and improve blood flow. I cover acupuncture pre- and post-transfer and whether you should rest after embryo transfer. Lifestyle support focuses on mindset and prioritising sleep to support hormone balance.

Let's get started!
IVF can be daunting as there's so much to think about and coordinate. It's stressful and that's why your nutrition can sometimes be an afterthought. You want to prioritise it but you simply don't have the energy or headspace. I know what it's like, at the end of a long day, the last thing you feel like doing is wading through the heaps of internet advice to research what nutrients to eat and how to transform that into a delicious plate of food.
You really want to eat to support your fertility & IVF. But you need help to take your nutrition to the next level. You just want someone to tell you what works.
You're in the right place.
“This is your day. This is the time to go after it all.”

I created The Fertility Kitchen® as a resource to empower you to take ownership of your fertility through positive nutrition and lifestyle changes. I believe food is the key to laying down the foundations for optimal fertility, IVF success and a healthy pregnancy.
During my own fertility journey...
I began to explore food as medicine; I spent hours reading and researching how I could support my fertility through positive nutrition and lifestyle changes. There weren't enough resources out there, so I began to create my own recipes, tailoring them to support my fertility and IVF cycle. Over time I completely transformed my diet and I've never felt better, I'm continually astounded by the medicinal effects of eating well.
Deciding to embark on IVF is daunting enough. without the additional worry of what you should be eating and whether you're following the right advice. I have gained so much knowledge from both my personal fertility and IVF journey and my professional experience as a Nutritional Therapist and Fertility Specialist.
It definitely helps to put your trust in someone who knows exactly what you're going through. Connecting with someone is easier when they know from experience just how daunting IVF is. You know they have your back.
You also need to be able to trust the advice you're getting. You want someone who is appropriately qualified and who really knows their stuff. That's why Optimise IVF is perfect for you. I'm a leading fertility nutritionist and author of The Fertility Kitchen with ten years experience in the field of fertility, IVF and preconception care. I've also navigated three years of unexplained infertility and had IVF to conceive my boys. I'm your cheerleader and I'm rooting for you.
