IVF can be daunting as there's so much to think about and coordinate. It's stressful and that's why your nutrition can sometimes be an afterthought. You want to prioritise it but you simply don't have the energy or headspace. I know what it's like, at the end of a long day, the last thing you feel like doing is wading through the heaps of internet advice to research what nutrients to eat and how to transform that into a delicious plate of food.
You really want to eat to support your fertility & IVF. But you need help to take your nutrition to the next level. You just want someone to tell you what works.
You're in the right place.

I created The Fertility Kitchen® as a resource to empower you to take ownership of your fertility through positive nutrition and lifestyle changes. I believe food is the key to laying down the foundations for optimal fertility, IVF success and a healthy pregnancy.
During my own fertility journey...
I began to explore food as medicine; I spent hours reading and researching how I could support my fertility through positive nutrition and lifestyle changes. There weren't enough resources out there, so I began to create my own recipes, tailoring them to support my fertility and IVF cycle. Over time I completely transformed my diet and I've never felt better, I'm continually astounded by the medicinal effects of eating well.
Deciding to embark on IVF is daunting enough. without the additional worry of what you should be eating and whether you're following the right advice. I have gained so much knowledge from both my personal fertility and IVF journey, and my professional experience as a Nutritional Therapist and Fertility Specialist.
It definitely helps to put your trust in someone who knows exactly what you're going through. Connecting with someone is easier when they know from experience just how daunting IVF is. You know they have your back.
You also need to be able to trust the advice you're getting. You want someone who is appropriately qualified and who really knows their stuff. That's why Optimise IVF is perfect for you. I'm a fertility nutritionist and author of The Fertility Kitchen with ten years experience in the field of fertility, IVF and preconception care. I've also navigated three years of unexplained infertility and had IVF to conceive my boys. I'm your cheerleader and I'm rooting for you.
