This was the year it all began as we started our TTC journey. Tilly, our fur baby, helped heal our hearts.
Infertility led me to seek acupuncture treatment (a right of passage when trying to conceive?!), the effects were so profound that I decided to retrain in acupuncture.
I finally became a Mummy this year when we welcomed George into the world after 3 years of infertility and IVF.
I started preparing for IVF this year and created my first fertility recipe, an IVF smoothie which I drank throughout my cycle. I still enjoy this smoothie today!
This was the year I became a qualified acupuncturist and opened a fertility acupuncture clinic. My interests turned to nutrition as I began preparing to conceive again. I slowly transformed my health, experiencing firsthand the power of food as medicine.
