- 1 sweet potato spiralised
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp hot smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic sea salt (I love The Garlic Farm garlic sea salt)
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp Hunter & Gather tomato ketchup to serve (see notes)
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a large baking tray with plastic-free baking parchment.
Place the sweet potato in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic salt and cracked black pepper. Toss to coat. Spread evenly in a single layer on the prepared tray.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy. The pieces along the outside edge may cook faster, so keep an eye on them and rotate as necessary.
Divide between serving bowls and add a dollop of tomato ketchup to serve.
- I love to serve these curly sweet potato fries with Hunter & Gather tomato ketchup. I love this ketchup because it's low-sugar, unlike most store-bought ketchups. And as you know, keeping sugar intake down is important for optimal fertility. It is also free-from unhealthy seed and vegetable oils. Use the code CHARLOTTEGRAND for 10% off your order.
