Cajun pulled pork

  • Rub the Cajun seasoning over the pork, rubbing well into the fatty bits. Really get your fingers into the meat, massaging it all over. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to marinate.
  • Rub the oil into the meat and sear all over in a large frying pan over a high heat.
  • Place in a slow-cooker with the broth, apple cider vinegar, tomatoes, garlic and honey and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours.
