- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
Place the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
