- 500 ml coconut water or filtered water (see notes)
- 250 g frozen blackberries
- ½ avocado or banana, if you're used to very sweet-tasting smoothies
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 125 g plain yoghurt of your choice
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseeds
Place the coconut water, blackberries, avocado, protein powder, yoghurt and flaxseeds in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
